8 lbs salmon
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbs oil
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
Combine all ingredients then use as a marinade for at least one hour
On grill, lay flat with skin side down
Cook approximately 20 minutes, basting at intervals with extra sauce
