Ingredients * May want to double recipe.
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 cup ricotta
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Allow butter to soften, then blend with ricotta until creamy. Add vanilla and mix well.
2. Add sugar gradually, beating until well blended.
3. Add egg and mix well.
4. Slowly stir in dry ingredients and blend well.
5. Drop from a teaspoon on greased baking dish.
6. Bake in oven for 10 mins at 375F. Remove. While the cookies are still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake at 375F for 10 mins. Yields 30-36 cookies.
