Ingredients:
Assortment of fresh vegetables, paying attention to variety
and color, such as:
carrots
onions
snap peas
cauliflower
broccoli
bok choy
red pepper
green, yellow pepper
zucchini
squash
asparagus
mushrooms
garlic
fresh grated ginger
Whole Foods Ginger Sesame Seed Spices or sesame seeds
Three Sister's sauce or some type of soy sauce/ marinade
chicken, or beef, or shrimp, or tofu
Directions
1. Chop into large bite-sized pieces, sauté in reverse order
of density (the vegetables which take the longest to cook should go in first.)
